Is the Bible Relevant Today?
Recently a single woman, thirty one years old, was expressing her dismay at the relaxed sexual ethic in the church. A virgin herself, she finds herself regularly bombarded with the argument, "The Bible is a great book for general guidance, but it isn't relevant for today. The culture is so much different than back then. There's nothing un-Christian about having sex as long as the two people really love one another." Is that true? Is the Bible relevant or not? More...
